In The Great Wide Somewhere: byt-p-s

Hey ya'll forgive me if I'm not super spiritual this week~

the Elders are here at the Family History Center emailing with us but they are more rambunctious than usual so the spiritual vibes are less than spectacular.

No offence to the Elders. But if the shoe fits, feel free to be quiet so that I can share some inspiring thoughts with my family and friends back home.

We have been serving around each other for a while so it's fun, it's like having four brothers that are my age and I don't have to worry about dating, or feelings, or anything of the sort because we are all basically nuns. Brothers and Sisters in God's army.

Well here are some updates

-Exchanges in Tally were way too fun getting to be with my former compy Sister Baker <3 we sorted through moldy oranges and I tried not to worry about the allergic reactions I was having.

We also talked to a gang about the gospel in a trailer park called "sunshine housing" that was.. far less than sunny... hehe... but Teri, one of the members of the gang, said he wanted to come to church and change because he was holding liquor in his hand and accidentally spilled it all over the Book of Mormon we gave him but hey, he wants to change so we love him.

We love him anyway, but it is a lot easier to love people that want to change for the good.

-Sister Jamison and I almost got into a tiff with the coppers because we were taking pictures in front of the Florida State Capital building and it was under construction, but we left and no harm was done.

-Exchanges with sister Trawick in Fort Walton Beach which is right next to Navarre which is where Paul and Paula live and guess what... IT HAPPENED TO BE PAULAS BIRTHDAY And SHE WANTED TO SEE ME ON HER BIRTHDAY, we didn't even plan all this. God is in the details.

Happy Birthday to my Florida mom, I don't know what life would be like at this point without you Paula and I hope I never have to find out. You are so incredible and ILOVEYOUTOTHEMOONANDBACK

-MLC (Missionary Leadership Council) was bomb I was able to reconnect with missionary friends and feel super pumped to be a great missionary from President Smith and his wife. They are Awesome

-Quan came to church yesterday and everyone just welcomed the heck right out of him.

Everyone was super loving, and he loved it. They gave him a ride to church and took him home and he introduced himself in priesthood "My name is Quan. I'm reading the book of mormon, it has brought me a lot of truth and light."

and of course Elder Sanders and Elder Langston gave him a friendly punch and said,

"hehe... I just hit the quan"
